The absence of a screenshot notification feature on Instagram can be attributed to the platform’s prioritization of user privacy. Instagram acknowledges that users may wish to share content with others without the fear of their privacy being compromised. Hence, the platform does not retain any record of screenshots taken by other users, allowing individuals to engage with Stories without the concern of their actions being monitored.
